In ICT society, ICT is used in various ways in everyday life, and everyone uses it in some form. In my report I will explain how people use them and how some of them work. It also explains the advantages and disadvantages of using ICT. The process of economic restructuring from the first industrial economy to the service economy and further into the ICT dependent society dramatically changed the meaning of space and put it in private life. The rapid expansion of sophisticated business services and the growing importance of creative industries and welfare services has created a complex society that has made a big challenge to social space theory and practice (Marston et al., 2005; Escobar, 2007). In this case, so-called readjustment of governance is an important issue. Countries, regions, and municipalities are complemented and sometimes replaced by super national governments such as the European Union, which brings discussions and differences on ways to regulate social development (Bulkeley, 2005; Rhodes, 2007; Jessop , 2008).
It seems that the world is looking at the social paradigm through the enterprise, which emphasizes scale, in a fairly decisive way. In ICT society, the dominant position of large enterprises far exceeds the production system, steadily entering into policy areas and social projects more than ever. We can not separate the meaning of this change from progressive social change from the intervention of the subjects of project level thinking and social change. There are some remarkable things to clarify the important role of ICT in promoting companies' power in society. First of all, since the ICT business is largely global and monopolistic, the jurisdiction of each country has little impact on them. Secondly, the ICT service is closely related to many basic social processes such as information, communication, and organizations, bringing significant social power to ICT services. Correspondingly, the public sector, if any, is considered to be least effective.
