Vocational education was first established in a private high school in the late nineteenth century. These schools offer vocational training courses such as accounting, traveling and machine type. The first high school can be said that students were established to prepare for business life. It was the first time later that the focus shifted to the preparation of the university. Still, business courses remain in many high schools such as Boston, Philadelphia, St. Louis, Washington DC, New Haven and others. After the compulsory education registration rate of college students in many states, the proportion of high school graduates attending college has declined. Therefore, the curriculum needs to be changed to accommodate the new situation of many graduates who have not graduated from college.
