Secondly, I hope that people I take care can hear - I know what I am listening to. Listening is to actively listen. I want to understand their desires and concerns. I want to read the emotions behind it.

Third, I think that they can be cared for in any situation as spiritual, suffering, or dying. I hope to assess God's spiritual position and ask God how I can help people to know him. I would like to pray with them and share the word of God in a sensitive and knowledgeable way.

I think that the patient can feel a thoughtful presence. If they need to speak with someone, I would like to help thinking about what they make sense for their lives.

Fourth, my patient wishes that I feel that I am a famous nurse. When I entered the room, I did not want them to want it to be someone else. They want them to feel well managed. I want to give them hope, I will do my best for my and other employees, and I will do my best.

Fifth, I would like to maintain a good relationship with my colleagues. I would like to be called a hard worker, and a patient like a person. I hope my work will be my model of Christ.

I know that I can not achieve these goals on my own. I call upon God. With his help, I can not always finish them. I am disappointed when things are not going as planned, so I need to remember this.
