I have a BS from the American University CS and have a different degree (bachelor's degree in geography). Therefore, I have not graduated from that degree, so I am a double major. Every time)
In other words, it is necessary to re-take the course and return graduation to the next semester (It will be estimated that it will take a total of 5 years as an undergraduate when you graduate ...).
When I took this course a second time, it was not difficult to get the minimum value of C.
Do you have any suggestions for me? I think it is natural to keep moving forward, but it is difficult to deal with two "failures", my life has been postponed now.
I received my first CS course at the community college and later studied it in Cal to understand that the way I was introduced to CS is misleading and obviously irritable . A great idea of Cal's computer architecture, a very enthusiastic professor (who is passionate about the professor, he can excite computer science), many school CS courses work and need to rethink I will raise the idea that there is. This I would like more schools to carry out the next CS conceptual process:
Perhaps the most boring part, let's think about it. I entered UIUC as a Department of Engineering and a Department of Computer Science. As far as CS is concerned, I participated in CS 126 and CS 173. The former is a course called Software Design Studio, one of my favorite courses so far. I went to college and learned how to write code (just a little) but I do not know how to actually use my code to design software. From this course, I learned a lot from simply implementing APIs to understanding the complexity of industrial software design. CS 126 was my first semester of programming growth and encouraged to move CS from my profession to real passion. I teach the same class as the CS 126 course assistant so I am particularly excited the next semester! I always liked teaching and helping other people, so I really want to know how this develops.
My first CS course has changed me in many ways. If you do not use the classes, assignments, and test formats, I need to seek help from the professors, assistants, and classmates. Given my growth experience, I was initially very difficult to accept but as time goes on I will have enough knowledge and skills to help my colleagues learn their computer science courses and projects I got it. Finally, I enjoyed most aspects of programming and began to compete with myself to make a faster, cleaner, and more beautiful program. Debugging is not too bad -
Entering specialized areas, the diversity of technology is a major weakness in the industry. But until I was the first CS course, I noticed how bad it was. The blacks of CS are a bit rare, and the problem is like a black woman. In my nearly 70,000 schools, I met a CS major in less than five black women. If this is the area I want to enter, it really doubts me. Finally, I realized that I unconsciously changed my dressing, talking and changing how to make my hair and adapting it to the music I was listening to by other classmates.
