I Choose to Be Drug Free- Red Ribbon Week Writing Activity

The following is a K-8 year student's entry. Most kindergarten students need assistance, and freshmen may also need assistance and may only need a cover page. On the first page, there is a box for students to write sentences. For students older than that, you can choose to use only the backing paper, using only the prompt "I will not pick drugs." A non-toxic life will encourage the students to make them more healthy, send a healthier life, set goals for life and explain why they can be achieved. The Chemistry Prevention Advisory Committee (CPAC) is an important part of the Fairport Care Community. CPAC is a cooperative partnership between parents, schools, community groups, government agencies and law enforcement agencies. CPAC's mission is to reduce the use of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs by adolescents. They work with the Fairport-Perinton community to maximize the use of resources to educate and empower young people and adults to achieve this mission.
