Hypertext and Literature

Hypertext and literary hypertext are changing the way we read, write and conceptualize literature. Traditionally, the relationship between the distance between readers and writers and the written work has been maintained at multiple levels of people, paper and time. When the work is announced, the author's responsibility is basically terminated, but at the same time, it is the responsibility of the reader to understand and understand all the references that the author contains in the work. Hypertext essentially gives its own life and creates super expansion of work.

Hypertext fiction is an electronic literature type that uses hypertext links. The hypertext link provides a new background for the literature nonlinearity and reader interaction. The reader usually chooses to move from one text node to the next text node and thus organizes the story from a deeper potential story. Its spirit can also be seen in interactive novels. This term can also be used to describe traditionally published books in which nonlinear stories and interactive stories are implemented through internal references.

One aspect of digital lighting is the use of hypertext. In contrast to printed text, hypertext encourages readers to explore information in a nonlinear way. Hypertext consists of traditional text and hyperlinks that send readers to other texts. These links can refer to relevant terms and concepts (such as those of Wikipedia) or you can allow the reader to choose the order to read. In the process of digital lighting, composers need to make their own 'decisions' about links and omissions. These decisions "raised questions about the author's responsibility for objectivity."

These features of hypertext are almost completely inconsistent with traditional fictitious concepts and provide a new and exciting possibility for literature. "Native hypertext" originally created as electronic text uses some of these unique functions, such as creating nonlinear or multilinear fiction. Furthermore, electronic literature is perfect for general types of texts (dictionaries and encyclopedias) that you never want to read linearly. But more importantly, electronic text is superior to printing, in that it can be combined with other media such as images, music, video clips and so on. Factors of ease of use of the Web are also increasing. When my poem is on paper, only one person at a time can access it, but if I post it on my blog, millions of people may read it at the same time I do not.
