Hydrogen as Power Source During the past millions of years, we have been using fossil fuels such as coal and petroleum to power many of the things we use. When the industrial revolution occurred, we accelerated the production of these fossil fuels to meet demand. In the past hundred years, we have consumed a large amount of fossil fuels, but it has not only disappeared but also has an impact on the environment. Currently, we lose 4 billion tons of crude oil reserves, but if interest rates remain the same, there is the possibility of losing all crude oil reserves by 2052.

Hydrogen vehicles are vehicles with hydrogen as the main power source. These cars usually use hydrogen in one of two ways: combustion or fuel cell conversion. During combustion, hydrogen "burns" in the engine. This is essentially the same as a conventional gasoline car. In fuel cell conversion, hydrogen is converted into electric energy by the fuel cell, and the fuel cell supplies electric power to the motor. In either method, the only by-product from spent hydrogen is water, but burning with air can produce NOx.

Hydrogen can be used in automobiles in two ways: electron sources for flammable heat sources or electric motors. Indeed, hydrogen has not been developed, and hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle (HFEV) is attracting wide attention. The hydrogen fuel cell generates electric power in the electric motor to drive the wheels. Hydrogen is not burned but it is consumed. This means that hydrogen molecule H2 combines with oxygen to form water. 2 H 2 (4 e -) + O 2 -> 2 H 2 O (4 e -). Mutual affinity of molecular hydrogen and oxygen is a function of separating electrons from hydrogen by driving a fuel cell and using them for driving a motor and converting them to ionized water molecules formed by a combination of electron deficient hydrogen and oxygen return. With fuel cell
