In the United States, Hurricane Sandy affected at least 24 states from Florida to Main, West to Michigan and Wisconsin and was particularly severely damaged in New Jersey and New York. In New York City, which grew rapidly on October 29, floods of streets, tunnels and subway lines were hit, and power supply inside and outside the city was blocked. It has various political influences in the general election scheduled on 6th November 2012, especially the United States. Hurricane Sandy was developed at the World Health Organization of 1,500 GMT on 22 October, when the National Hurricane Center began talks on tropical cyclones 18 in southern Kingston, Jamaica. This system developed from low-pressure areas and organized convection. Since there is a ridge in the north, it is moving slowly at first. Weak wind shear and warm water can be strengthened, the system became tropical storm sandy on the evening of 22nd of October. At the beginning of October 24th, one eye started to grow, and as it approached the valley it steadily moved north. Later that day, NHC upgraded Sandy from the Kingston of Jamaica to the south about 65 miles of hurricane. Sandy landed near Kingston around 1900, and the wind speed was about 80 miles per hour. Sandy accelerated rapidly to a wind speed of 110 mph off Cuba and used this strength on 25 October to land at 0525 UTC in western San Diego in Cuba.
After Sandy withdrew from Cuba, the structure was dismantled and turned to the north-northwest of the Bahamas. By October 27th,
Hurricane Sandy is regarded as a superstorm that brought serious damage to the east coast of the United States. Hurricane Sandy is the largest Atlantic hurricane ever, the second highest Atlantic hurricane ever in history, next to Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Hurricane Sandy was formed on October 22 and began to dissipate on October 31, 2012. In late October 2012, Hurricane Sandy destroyed the Caribbean, the Central Atlantic, and parts of the northeastern United States. The Caribbean was the first place to be hit by Hurricane Sandy. After the hurricane became tropical cyclone on October 22, the Jamaican government issued tropical cyclone monitoring of the whole island. At the beginning of October 23, this watch was replaced by a tropical storm warning and a Hurricane watch was released. The hurricane alert escalated to a hurricane warning at 3 pm and the tropical storm warning stopped

When landing in Cuba, the 18th hurricane, the 10th hurricane, and the 2nd largest hurricane, Sandy were the highest intensity level 3 storm. It is a category 2 hurricane on the northeastern coast of the United States, but it has become the largest Atlantic hurricane ever recorded (the power of the tropical storm is 900 miles in diameter (1,400 km)).
