Hunting is a Crime, Not a Sport

How many animals will be slaughtered before deciding how many animals to die. The seed dies and disappears. It is not our job to prevent this. In today's world there is uneven distribution of hunters, so it's time to define hunting. Hunting is not a sport. It is because we can not comply with definitions of valuable animals' lives, morals, and movements. A dictionary defines sports as "activities involving physical activities and skills that are dominated by a set of rules and are often competitive" (Dictionary.com).

Dictionary.com defines sports as "sports activities requiring skills or fitness." It continues to refer to "Sports, Baseball, Tennis, Golf Bowling, Wrestling, Hunting and Fishing" as sports. In the Oxford Dictionary, sports is defined as "activities involving physical activities and skills that individuals and teams compete for entertainment with others." According to the definition of the latter, hunting does not involve competition and therefore does not satisfy the conditions of exercise. However, Hunter calls themselves "athletes." Hunting is safer than other sports. From statistics, hunting is a safer form of entertainment. According to the data collected by the National Shooting Sports Foundation, hunting with guns is the third safest sport in comparison with the other 28 popular sports at lower injury rates than golf, volleyball and skating. This is probably due to the success of the certification of firearms by young hunters and the completion of the Bow hunter education course. These courses are fully funded by hunters with federal excise tax on firearms, ammunition and archery equipment.
