Hunger Games Compare and Contrast Project

My students need 20 sets of starving game trilogy. We study this movie throughout the year and compare and contrast movies.

These books will help us learn about project learning and excite our students. And that will make them feel that the work they do is meaningful and relevant. Students are excited about the idea of ​​comparing books with starving game movies.

We have limited funds with 90% of poor school districts. The seventh grade is the field of the last movie of the Hunger Games series. I am pleased to attract my students on this occasion. These students suffer from various learning difficulties, often making reading, especially reading literature very difficult, and often bored. Students are very excited about the idea of ​​accepting this rewarding project.

We are working on a project to read each hunger game book as a class and answer questions. We do this verbally as a class. Students record all the characters and important information given in the novel. I found a worksheet for these projects. Students work in groups and then discuss as classes. At the end of each book, watch the corresponding movie, create a comparison and comparison project. Students have multiple choices to introduce their projects

Due to the nature of my class, we usually do not participate in projects in the general educational environment.

We use a computerized reading program to help narrow the reading gap. But they complain that it is boring and want "the rest of elementary school seventh grade is doing something". I try to do as much as I can, but it is usually difficult. This opportunity helps to make students watching movies a grade.

• Each distant novel contains topics and concepts that are similar to "given things", creating opportunities for comparison. For example, a student who chooses to read to read Hunger Games alone should have the opportunity to compare and compare the actions and choices of Katniss and Jonas. The complexity and task considerations of the novel identified by the reader are suitable for independent reading at the level. Text is ranked from minimum to maximum complexity, and in 1984 it is ideal for more advanced readers. In other words, students should not be prevented from challenging themselves. Teachers can assign novels or offer options to students, but if students can choose, they are more likely to be interested.

Comparison and comparison: The starving game and the "lottery starvation game" and "lottery" are two different stories with similarities and differences. Depending on both plots and stories there may be more similarities than differences, or there may be more differences than similarities. When comparing these two stories, it is useful to break it down into three different themes. There are three aspects to pick up.
