Human Trafficking and Prostitution

Introduction: Trafficking and prostitution are illegal in the United States. Trafficking is the procurement or trafficking of people for prostitution, forced labor and other forms of exploitation (human trafficking). After the end of slavery in the 1860s, the sale of children began, and since then it has become more common. The government decided that selling people as profits is unconstitutional as it is a human rights violation.

Introduction: Human trafficking and prostitution are not new issues that draw attention. In South Asian countries, human trafficking and prostitution are not attracting attention as if there is no right called human rights. Bangladesh is one of the countries of South Asia where human rights has not yet developed. Trafficking in Bangladesh, especially children and women is increasing. This criminal activity is related to globalization, and this project is developing globally. Indeed, human trafficking is the trading of human flesh, especially when a girl becomes a victim of humanity. After trafficking, prostitution ranked second. In most cases, trafficked women and children are prostituting in other countries. More than 25,000 women and children are trafficked each year from Bangladesh to other countries. This is great for Bangladesh.

Trafficking is not prostitution. According to the definition of the Department of Homeland Security, trafficking is a modern slave trade that uses humans to obtain commercial benefits. Unlike prostitution, enslavement is not a personal choice. Unfortunately, this fact does not exclude the stigma associated with being involved in the porn industry. These shame will prevent the victims from moving forward in the face of punishment and will bring greater protection to perpetrators. Human trafficking has been very underreported. In many cases, victims are labeled as "missing" or "getaway from home" rather than noticing that they are manipulating trafficking sex and labor trafficking. Our community is hurt because we are unaware of the frequency and appearance of our community.
