Human Rights Violation Throughout the history of mankind, human beings have always hatred and prejudice against different races and religions than theirs. Early in the 20th century, I faced many atrocities such as massacre of Armenia and rape of Nanking. The Nazis Holocaust led by Adolf Hitler is a crime against humanity that could potentially overturn all humanity. After the First World War, Germany was in a state of complete confusion. The Weimar Republic founded by the League of Nations does not have much water. And the German citizen is looking for some power to bring everything back to normal.

Many people point out that there is strong interdependence between human rights violations and difficult conflicts. Abuse of human rights often leads to conflict, which often leads to infringement of human rights. Therefore, it is not surprising that human rights abuses are at the center of war and the protection of human rights is the core of conflict resolution. Infringement of political and economic rights is the basis of many crises. Significant social unrest can occur if sufficient food, housing, employment, and cultural life rights are denied and a large number of people are excluded from the social decision-making process. This situation often causes judicial contradiction, and the parties are required to meet their basic needs.

Human rights violations occur when national (or non-state) stakeholders abuse, negligence, or deny basic human rights (including citizenship, political, cultural, social and economic rights) . In addition, human rights violations may occur if any state or non-state party violates the Universal Human Rights Declaration or any other part of international human rights or humanitarian law. With regard to human rights abuses of the United Nations Law, Article 39 of the UN Charter is designated as the only court to decide UN human rights abuses.

On 11th December 2017, the United Nations Security Council has threatened international peace and security threatening severe human rights abuses in North Korea as an official agenda for the fourth consecutive year. On March 23, 2018, the Human Rights Council passed a resolution without voting and put pressure on the promotion of accountability mechanism to ultimately appeal to North Korean leaders and officials in charge of crimes against humanity I continued. All of these require North Korea to cooperate with various UN agencies and treaty bodies.
