The concept of colonialism internationally caused enormous violence; this not only caused a dispute but also caused a loss of human identity (Van 2013, 17). In today's world, the normative direction is a way of fighting violence from the viewpoint of human sacrifice, slavery, genocide, but in many states it is difficult to eliminate policies other than intervention (Howard 2012, 92). Despite sticking slavery in Africa, Asia and the Middle East, it is difficult to conclude these practices because non-intervention policies emphasize non-interference due to causes of other countries (Lamy 2014, 243).

Furthermore, it is often difficult to "coordinate protection of human rights and resolve conflicts". Many peacekeeping and conflict prevention initiatives protected human rights and could not help resolving conflicts. Partly, this is due to the escalation of the war in the province, despite the declining war between the provinces. Many domestic conflicts are accompanied by a rapid increase in organized violence. Genocide, crimes against humanity, and attacks on civilians are at the heart of these "internal" conflicts. This type of violence often arises from racial or religious groups trying to acquire and maintain identity issues - group dynamics inside and outside the group - and political control and eliminate other groups. These conflicts are not about principles and ideas, they are about differences. Therefore, attacks on human rights are often the center of these internal contradictions in many cases.

Many people point out that there is strong interdependence between human rights violations and difficult conflicts. Abuse of human rights often leads to conflict, which often leads to infringement of human rights. Therefore, it is not surprising that human rights abuses are at the center of war and the protection of human rights is the core of conflict resolution. Infringement of political and economic rights is the basis of many crises. Significant social unrest can occur if sufficient food, housing, employment, and cultural life rights are denied and a large number of people are excluded from the social decision-making process. This situation often causes judicial contradiction, and the parties are required to meet their basic needs.

One of the main conflicts including the East and the West is the field of human rights. Human rights is the right everyone has. Where are they from, regardless of who they are. The world should be equal. Most human rights violations occur in the third word and in developing countries. However, in developed countries and superpowers such as China, many human rights are occurring. Like the United Nations that issued the Declaration on Human Rights, there are various institutions aimed at improving human rights. There are also institutions that are not well known, such as Amnesties International and Human Rights Watch.
