Introduction Over the past 30 years many articles have investigated human rights violations. In addition, there are many documents on the impact of these violations, such as how authors and victims of human rights abuses, war, international interventions, and how independent countries were born in the post democratization world. However, it is rare to raise the cause of human rights abuses, and in addition to the declaration, there has been little action taken to prevent human rights violations from occurring first.
Together, violence and poverty constitute a more complex problem. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) lists the basic needs of working rights, education, life, self-determination, and health management. It also includes various mechanisms for the implementation of human rights as it prohibits torture, slavery, religious or racial persecution and carnage. Regarding this, please refer to the Criminal Law Study in Arab countries such as Mohamed El elamachi Machichi in 1978 and Ledroitpénal of Muhammed V University of University 5. Cairo, Germany, Cairo, Cairo, p. 112
Currently there is a tension between self-determination power and the principle of territorial conservation of sovereign states. There are two main forms of self-determination in international law. Part of it is the development of human rights law based on making individuals better control their lives. Other parts are more controversial, involving groups that need independent sovereign states. This contradicts the long-standing perception of the international national boundary invasiveness. Legally speaking, self-determination is generally limited to the national level. Experience shows that those using violence and success are often recognized to disseminate information on violent payments.
