INTRODUCTION In today's global business environment, management of diverse human resources is a very important and serious problem. Personnel management has many things to do with interactions with workers / employees from different countries and countries. Management of human resources by multinational corporations is not only a problem for multinational enterprises but also offices and factories in various countries, as well as for domestic companies, domestic labor force is diversifying every day .
The case discussed in the next article concerns the acquisition of Gillette by Proctor Gamble. Proctor Gamble is a US multinational consumer goods company headquartered in downtown Cincinnati. Similarly, Gillette is a leading global provider of personal care products based in Boston, Massachusetts. Both companies are giants in the industry with a strong employee base. This merger clearly shows the challenges that organizational actions can create and the possibility that various psychological perspectives create and destroy enterprises. The purpose of this case study is to consider the merger between the two companies, identify the problems that have occurred, and analyze the implemented solution.
