As current policies may conflict with new trends, personnel management policies and procedures may be effective through important decisions. To do that, we need to adopt a new strategy to reflect the new trend. In fact, depending on the law subject to the policy, the strategies and constraints of human resources management may affect the company's policy. There are various strategies for compliance with Federal or State laws that manage entities, which may not be subject to change by policy.
In this article, I am trying to answer the question "What is HR strategy?" When answering this question, please refer to related literature studied in the previous semester and include the emergence of HR strategy (HRS) and the rationale for the value of HRS. Third, a brief explanation of the various approaches to HRS will be explained. After that, I will outline the kind of HRS strategy. A brief explanation of the concept of "fit" is also provided. Finally, this article concludes with a personal definition of my own HRS based on a review of literature that I read during the semester.
