Interpersonal relations cover a wide range of interpersonal relationships. Interpersonal relationships can be seen in education through group development and consequent interpersonal interaction. A good example of such development and interaction is to keep running such a thread. Either way, teachers and students are interacting with management, colleagues, and parents. The ability to communicate effectively is the most important aspect of interpersonal relationships. If there is no ability to communicate effectively, there is no interpersonal relationship and there is no satisfying relationship.

In early childhood education programs educators often use interpersonal approaches and the educational approach of Sleeter and Grant (1988). It was technologically multicultural and socially reconstructed. Today, however, infant educators accept anti-bias multicultural education and are the most suitable for young children. The anti-bias multicultural approach is to encourage the development of positive attitudes toward others while seeking social justice and to consider multicultural education, not part of education, from the overall nature of children's education. Multicultural education that defines multicultural culture is a phased approach to change education based on educational equality and social justice.
