Due to poverty, residents can not provide any kind of medical care, so the quality of life is declining. Overpopulation is very harmful to the health of the country. However, it can solve the problem of excessive population. Education, family planning, and government programs can take three steps to protect the country from over-population. Education includes responsibility to inform parents of parents.
