Human Genetic Engineering: Dreams and Nightmares

Dramatic progress and progress of technology has occurred rapidly since the beginning of the information age, so we often overlook the enormous power that mankind has built up on life itself. Since the separation of double helix molecules by Friedrich Miescher, the understanding and mapping of DNA sequences has slowed down, but efforts on the human genome map have led to much of the potential manipulation of the fundamental elements of life in many decades I opened the door.

Not only that, it's just a tool. Even those with a positive meaning like "genetic editing" should call it neutral. Human genetic engineering may be in danger. We do not know any possible flaws in CRISPR / Cas 9 technology, we do not know. Generally, pregnancy and breeding are very dangerous and often cause stillbirth, genetic defects, congenital defects, and the like.
