Human factors are considered to mitigate risks identified in the aviation industry. No one in the aviation industry regards human factors as a dangerous problem in flight. Human error has caused many problems to be found in global flights and landings. Humans have multiple ways to help secure flight safety, but they can also have a bad influence due to lack of knowledge. Many organizations do not take into account human knowledge. This is the most basic aspect of aircraft flight.
• Include information on sleep when gathering data on incidents. The Department of Defense currently has an accident investigation analysis tool called the human factor analysis classification system. However, according to group participants, information on the possibility of sleep data influence is not gathered periodically when collecting accident data. Analysts can check if the sleep factors are involved by recording the time of the event, check the 72 hour sleep history of the concerned individual, and determine the possible effects of sleep deprivation.
Did you know that researchers concluded that sleep and sleep related factors play an important role when studying the most serious artificial disasters in history? For example, sleep deprivation was a result of the explosion in San Francisco in 1979, the challenge of the 1986 Space Shuttle, a contribution to the oil spill in Exx Valdez in 1989. Likewise, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports that sleepiness is causing thousands of crashes and casualties every year.
According to the survey report, the accident has four factors, and two factors are identified. One person responsible for the unfortunate event did not follow the technical guidance. Another is a "lack of necessary skill" which is the leader of an unfortunate accident to predict the outcome of his behavior in troubleshooting. The summary stated that the main cause of the accident is "clear and convincing evidence", but the Air Force will not disclose its cause or evidence. The reasons are stated in the survey report. The Air Force refused to publicly say that the report was still top secret even though the service's own policy required the publication of the accident committee report.
It turned out to be an important cause factor. But the most uneasy of all these human-related unfortunate incidents is suicide by aircraft and murder. Aircraft crash accidents in Germany may change the way the airline industry reviews crews. Workers use employee support programs and will always improve their skills as pilots. Of course, the aviation industry and regulators are constantly striving to improve safety and may consider changing some of the cockpit occupancy, crew arrangement and training enhancement. The flying massacres believe their lives are professionalism of civil airline pilots. Some people think that it is not the best interest for the aviation industry to allow customers that a pilot may commit suicide.
