Hull House: Turned Immigrants into Americans

America is an immigrant country, it is also an American country, even when immigrants become Americans. Most people in the US are from Europe, their ancestors are from Europe. Many immigrants are poor and choose to live in the city. They came to America to have a better economic life. Many people live in areas of the city suffering from serious poverty. The Hull House provides English instruction to help immigrants cope with living in the big cities of the United States, provide parenting for working mothers and provide cultural activities to their neighbors. Lilianwold set up Henry Street's reconciliation in New York in 1893. The settlement is the center of women's behaviorism and social reform. Florence Kelly is a lifelong fighter for women, children, black people and consumer welfare. The pioneering work of Adams, Wald, Kelly helped pave the way for many women who later went into a new career with social work. The boundary of the city opens new possibilities for women. Society considers that employment of wives and mothers is contraindicated, so the majority of professional women are single.
