In the past the criminal justice system was clearly biased against black people, but the recent evidence on this prejudice is less clear.
Many studies show that there is no prejudice against black arrest, prosecution, judgment and judgment. At the same time, there are potential evidence of bias in many other studies. The consensus of criminalists is that the evidence of existing prejudice is not strong. Compared with the legal factors affecting the judgment, such as the defendant's past record and the severity of the crime, the race seems to be weak in relation to whether the defendant was arrested, convicted, charged or sentenced. In addition, criminalists differ on how to interpret this weak relationship. Some people think that the criminal justice system proves that there is a small amount of prejudice, others believe that research does not exclude alternative interpretations. The Justice Statistics Bureau conducted a one-year survey to track samples of adult felons who were sued because of the incident at the Great Justice Criminal Justice. This survey is based on samples of 10,226 respondents representing 42,538 suspects in 75 nation's largest counties. As a result of the investigation, blacks were convicted of more serious offenses than whites, had longer criminal records, and showed that they were convicted at places where they were sentenced to a larger number of sentences. These differences explain why 51% of convicted blacks have been sent to prison only 38% of whites convicted. In this survey, there was no evidence that blacks were handled more severely than whites most related to the criminal justice system.

In line 6, it means the element you want to insert ReactDOM into the React component. Element ID is app. If you remember, there is no element with 'app' and id in the index.html file in our public directory. Now we need to add a script tag pointing to our bundle.js file. Just update the index.html file with the following contents. This application uses an external stylesheet (you can write an inline style sheet to the reactive component) so we have to revise the webpack settings and tell how to handle it Style file (. Css file). In addition, create a subfolder called styles in the client folder and create a main.css file there.
The client application (Perseus) sends the request (the JSON document sent via HTTPS) to any Hermes node to create assets and events. The Hermes node receives a JSON document and generates its hash value. This is used to generate globally unique ID (AMB-ID) of the entity. The hash and AMB-ID are then packaged into the bundle included in the block by the validator node (so anyone can prove the asset with ID 123 and which account and data was created) It's worth it . ) The actual data is stored in the data storage option set by the gateway where it was created (default is the local MongoDB database, but when the source code is open it includes Swarm, IPFS, S3 etc. ). You can then share and synchronize some of the data between the nodes and share it with other accounts.
In 2015, Facebook made everything from making these IDs universal to what we call "application scope ID". In this new version of the API, the user has a new ID for each application to use. If I have never used an application, my friend has no ID. This limits the scope of the crawler somewhat, as the underlying Facebook ID is application independent. Only users who use the app can crawl their own information. Nevertheless, virus character exams have the potential to wipe out a lot of people's data, especially with provocative and provocative content that I used ten years ago. Because an organization can run multiple applications and link user data to all applications, it can project a very wide range of networks.
