How wind turbines help generate alternative energy abstracts I have studied how turbines can be useful in generating alternative energy sources. I found that my research was primarily from the Internet, the US Department of Energy. Then I noticed that the wind turbine helps generate energy and why it is used as an alternative energy source. Also, I noticed the disadvantages of using fossil fuels and why it is important to use alternative sources of energy such as wind. Then I studied how the wind turbine works and what each particular part of the turbine does.
The term wind or wind energy is used to describe the process of using a wind turbine to create mechanical strength using wind and wind. Windmills were used centuries ago to crush grains and power pumps. However, modern wind turbines capture kinetic energy through their propellers. Generators are used to convert kinetic energy into electrical energy. Wind farms can see larger wind turbines, but small wind turbines can be installed in residential and commercial areas to meet the needs of smaller populations
Wind can affect power generation. After the energy crisis of the 1970s, wind turbines were seen as a source of electricity. Turbine is considered a clean and efficient power generation method, and wind speed 5 to 45 knots (6 to 52 mph) is required. If the wind is too light, the blade will not rotate and no electricity will be generated. If it is too high, the turbine may be damaged. Today, the wind farm is in many parts of the country, the wind is relatively stable.
Unlike other power generation technologies, wind turbines do not use combustion to generate electricity. Wind turbines are relatively low risk, such as lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids, insulating oils. The wind turbine eventually can operate independently and does not require continuous monitoring. There is no danger to anyone as long as it is correctly installed. Surface, water or soil contamination is unlikely
