The most common task that my client faces when writing a master's or doctoral application (SOP) is to explain their research interests and targets concretely. It is one thing to express interest in the field and explain where these benefits come from, but people are a bit worried about planning and goals.

This is understandable - some people are worried that they may be bound by the idea they are evolving yet. Take a deep breath! No one will make your SOP when you start writing a paper and expect it to respond exactly - Everyone knows your knowledge and ideas will develop in your graduation course . On the other hand, SOP is a way for the committee to judge that you have a deep interest and understanding in your field, you understand the content of the research.
