Fatigue that I feel after passing the finish line at a marathon is something I have never felt before. Your body, mind, and feelings are completely exhausted. Your foot is injured, your breath pant, and your throat shouting to absorb moisture. All of these are the price to be paid for overwhelming self-esteem and sense of accomplishment. Running a marathon is only half of the whole. On the marathon day, training is very important by looking for steps such as motivation, diet, safety, stretching and final preparation.
Just like practicing marathons and practicing musical instruments. After a day practice, you will never think it is wonderful. The same can be said about the skills that concentrate on one thing. It sounds bizarre, we have to train our attention span longer. However, this skill is usually necessary because it is not executed in the natural environment. We can start with minimizing the notifications we will receive on our phone. Rest at the table and walk around. We can not put a line of sight by just sitting for a few hours. Let us have genuine food to make sure we bring lunch. Gadgets will probably be beneficial as they improve their attention and memory.
For my 2016 New York Marathon, I used a conservative NY Roadrunner training program. With this I was able to train for over 3 months at the marathon in July. NY Road Runners offers a complete marathon training program on the website, from conservative to advanced. At first I feel distracted, but after running 16 miles and 16 miles at the next 18 miles it looks like a game for children. At the end of the training, I felt most comfortable in the range of 8-12, moved at full speed, felt strong and calm, I felt full of confidence in my breathing.
Consider a person who trains for a half marathon. Many people will work hard in a couple of months, but when they finish the game they will stop training. Their goal is to complete the half marathon, and now they have completed the game, this goal is no longer to motivate their goals. If all the efforts concentrate on a specific goal, what else can you promote you after doing it? I was training at the gym last week and I was twitching and cramping the second from the last. When I hit the representative, I felt a small stab in my foot. It is not a pain or an injury, it is just a sign of fatigue at the end of training. For a minute or two, I thought of the last set. Then I remembered that I am planning to do this for the rest of my life and decided to call it a day.
When asked what I would do with Instagram, I just said that my goal was to train. When I did it before, people would say "You were impressed by completing a marathon!" My answer is that the marathon is easy and training is difficult. If you are properly training, when you do not want to do that, hard work devotion and consistency may become insensible. Excellence is created by the scheme; Consistency and good quality efforts
