How to Evaluate Students

As David Brooks said, students receiving an average grade of training are good at answering questions of other people. Narrative assessment is much better than educating students and measuring academic progress.

Without an arbitrary stop point, students tend to be surprised by what they achieved beyond what they want.

Evaluation of the story also makes it possible for students to understand the pros and cons of their work and how to improve. After graduation, grades will not be included in student life, but detailed feedback on performance will be reflected, so it is more like actual evaluation.
