INTRODUCTION Everyone deals with several aspects of their life. Most people deal with it everyday. As defined in the book "Health and Health Principles and Laboratory", stress is defined as "the psychological, emotional, and physiological response of the body to any new, threatening, horrible, or exciting situation "(Hoeger & Hoeger, 2012). This pressure is caused by a pressure source, also known as "pressure-triggered event" (Hoeger & Hoeger, 2012). Stress sources take various forms, from moving to new towns, giving birth to children, and writing paper (Boyd, Wood, & Wood, 2011).
In addition to the causes and experiences of stress, there are many studies about how people including college students cope with and deal with the stress they are undergoing. For common types, we classify responses into two broad categories. Problem centered (asking the dorm assistant to change the room and escape from an annoying roommate, etc.) For example, the emotions when people choose not to solve or solve the root cause of the problem are things I think prospectively. As an example of stress reaction research, this 2009 article explores the strategy of university students to cope with stress.
All facts and figures can be summarized as "stress tolerance: a new challenge for college students in several thousand grades". "College students are a big problem to deal with academic, social and personal challenges, the workload will be more difficult to adapt to the new environment." (Bland, Helen W., Bridget F. Melton, Paul D. Welle, Lauren E. Bigham, 2012). Those who can not alleviate these daily stresses are showing health for college students. There is a bad influence. Participation in classes, declining attendance rate, psychological stability, overall attitude, relationships with family and friends
The new environment of the university creates the challenge of making new friends and social groups. In this article, we will explain "How effective is a lifestyle habit and coping strategy to increase college student's stress tolerance" and how social groups are needed in university. In this article I will explain the pressure on finding a new social group and the relationship with the new environment. "The new social environment of the university is putting pressure on building friends and building meaningful relationships." The university means a new social group. We need to form a new group. This work puts pressure on the students as other activities are not simply friends like class. The immediate article links two other sources by inferring the formation of the university community and what they are offering to each student.
