In today's world, being an excellent employee is essential in times of economic difficulties, especially when many people are looking for work. Therefore, do not forget that there are no irreplaceable employees. Many people are dissatisfied with their work, but they just need to look around and thank for the means to survive. Not only are many people out of work, they can not run because of illness or disability. Sometimes when people have a feeling of complaining, they may need to sit and relax and understand what they have and to look around to learn how to become a good employee.
We must first ask: How do employers get excellent employees? They hire excellent employees. They review the resume, interview potential employees, and choose the best employee for their job. There is no reason not to do this with the team. The team can submit the group's resume and carry out a group interview so that the employer can directly select the most appropriate work team. This is far more effective than building a team from scratch by guessing who selects individuals to collaborate. When we evaluate people as a team and hire them all together, we have to lay them down and promote them collectively. This seems to be unfair on the surface, as we are punishing and rewarding others based on the behavior of others. In fact, however, we simply evaluate the team based on the strengths of the team. This is necessary because I want the best team, not the best team
Every employee wants to do it well. Employees want to be recognized by their boss when they do well. Unfortunately, few bosses do much work to identify and reward employees to accomplish their work. The good news is that the boss can do many things to identify employees who do not have low cost or money, implementation is easy and can be completed in just a few minutes. Regardless of how difficult the problem is, there is always a quick solution and the leader is most satisfied with designing the problem solution. The problem is that I am anxious to solve the problem quickly and move on to the next task and I am missing a durable solution that can take time to develop. Being a firefighter is more interesting, but the next time you try to solve the problem, you need to deal with the cause of the problem rather than merely treating the symptoms.
