Job Description: The juvenile justice system attorney focuses on legal issues applicable to minors. In many cases, it is different from the legal problem applied to people over the age of 18. A juvenile justice attorney is committed to protecting the rights of minors who are victims of crime or committed crimes. It is unfair. A juvenile justice attorney will also defend minors under criminal charges
Juvenile law applies to infants and young people. Usually, some states are defined as under 18 years old. Minors accused of breaking the law are being handled under the juvenile justice system. This system is completely separate from the system used by adults and the related penalty is far less severe than in adult systems. There are some protective measures that the juvenile law does not apply to adults; for example, the name is kept secret and parents may exist during interrogation by the police. Lawyers specializing in juvenile law help minors understand the juvenile justice system and defend them at the juvenile courts.
