How to realize the American dream Most people are reading this article now. This is in my twenties and I have a very bright future. Many of you are a star of your high school, if it is not that region, if it is not that country, it is not that country. Then you arrived here and things changed. Suddenly, everything is full of challenges. From the first moment you arrived here, you will join all other freshmen in competition for fraternity, girls students, independent living groups or dorms. You compare SAT scores, compare scores, and discover that they are as great as you.
Summary: Students explore what the American dream is and how to define it. By observing the poetry of Langston Hughes we start thinking about how to realize American dreams based on race and social class and whether American dreams differ from person to person. The first step (introduction of the class): (10 minutes) At the beginning of the course I play the song (David Cook's time life) and start the class. At the end of the song, I ask students about the tricks, words, ideas, themes and ideas about songs. Students receive a copy of the lyrics of each song and can see the lyrics when they hear that song.
How do you realize America's dream? The answer certainly depends on the definition of a person's dream. John Winthrop conceived a religious paradise in "the town on the top of the mountain". Martin Luther King Jr. dreams of racial equality. Barack Obama insisted on belief in returning to American dreams. I dream of thinking that everyone is perfect. But the problem still exists. How is your dream being realized? Traditionally, Americans preserve thrifty and are working hard to work hard. In the colonial era, Benjamin Franklin showed an example of "get up early, get up early, make people healthy, wealthy and intellectual." Abraham Lincoln insisted that "the government of the people, the government of the people, and the government of the people should not die from the earth."
Despite these achievements and obstacles, they make America's dreams a reality. For example, Abraham Lincoln quotes "Where is America 's dream ..." and noticed it. Kenny Diablo Lincoln became the 16th president of the United States from 1861 to 1961. War takes place between the two worlds and has its own vision. These worlds are northern federal states and South allies. This led to inheritance of war or civil war. This is when the unity of the United States and its territory is in danger. Lincoln is determined to end war by unifying the country. By achieving this goal, he detained and arrested people suspected of being separatists without trial.
