How the Five Phases of Nursing Process may be Used to Provide Effective Nursing Care

Introduction The nursing process is "a systematic, systematic, well-thought-out approach aimed at improving care standards" (Rush S, Fergy S & Weels D, 1996). The five steps of the nursing process are evaluation, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. It was developed by Ida Jean in Florida in 1958 and relocated to the UK in 1970. "Process" is sometimes defined, so it is neither "model" nor "philosophy", but it is only a reasonable way of discrimination. It must be used with a clear care model.

Effective treatment plays a very important role in medicine as it helps protect patients and helps them recover as soon as possible. There are many processes that contribute to effective care, and the care process is one of them. The nursing process consists of five main phases: evaluation phase, diagnosis phase, planning phase, implementation phase, and evaluation phase. All phases work together, one phase connects to the other phase, and each phase plays an important role. - The concept of business process reengineering (BPR) was introduced by professor Michael Hammer in the middle of the 1980s (Grover and Markus, 2008, Gunasekaran and Kobu, 2002, O'Neill and Sohal, 1999). Many other authors later announced variants of their own BPR, and authors such as Davenport / Short announced their work shortly after Hammer.

Before the nursing process evolves, nurses provide care according to doctor's instructions. Care is based on the instinctive culture of caregivers. In fact there are no clearly defined boundaries. Moorhouse (2003) explained that the nursing process uses a systematic approach of more than 25 years in nursing practice. In 1955, Lydiahall used the term "care process". Dorothy Johnson (1959), Ida Orlando (1961) and Ernestine Wiendenbach 91963) introduced a three-step process model. In 1967, Yuli and Walsh published the first comprehensive book on the nursing process. And it explained their step. They observed the elements of nursing diagnosis and assessed the logical conclusion of the assessment by Gabbie and Lavin (1974) as separate steps in the care process. In 1973 when practical guidelines were developed, the American Association simplified the nursing process (kozier et al. 1995).
