Introduction The purpose of this article is to compare and contrast two different papers and emphasize how social capital is seen by different communities in a particular society. The first article entitled "Social Capital and Civil Society" was published by Francis Fukuyama of the Public Policy Institute of George Mason University in October 1999. Fukuyama (1999) explored what it is to study social capital in a wider context. It is an important function of free markets, methods of measuring social capital, and finally how to develop social capital for social capital in a particular society.

The term social capital is identified as a collection of resources that an individual or organization gains through various community norms, networks, and sanctions. Social capital can be seen from the perspective of group, individual, and research, analysis and reporting at the micro, meso and macro level. In this article, the literature on social capital is examined from various viewpoints. Specifically, this article explains the combination of social capital, linkage, and bridging. It also provides small empirical evidence of social capital to young people and discusses future research and citizen participation and impact on social capital.

In this article, we briefly introduce social capital literature from various viewpoints. It also shows examples of comparing levels of social capital in various ages of Florida central. This analysis supports the participation of age and community, and there is an average difference in trust and interpersonal relationship between age groups. In this survey it was concluded that young people constitute the largest social capital among all age groups. Thanks to these unexpected results, now the younger generation is in the midst of a changing process, welcoming new people, while the elderly group is sending a more stable everyday life.
