In this study, we examined the influence of smartphone poisoning tendency on problem behavior and emotional intelligence of young children (1 to 6 years old). We investigated whether parents' self-assessment on the use of smartphones influences the impact of children's smartphone poisoning on their behavior and emotional intelligence. Secondary factors of smartphone addiction tend to interfere with daily life and compulsory management through voluntary isolation and personality distortion. Depending on the age of parents, there is a difference in interference with daily living due to spontaneous segregation of caregiver's occupation and distorted character by parent's educational background. Attributes used in children's smartphones differ from mandatory management requirements and personal distortion from early childhood, and mandatory management is necessary according to the daily usage of the child's smartphone.
