In addition to this spring book, Mesa Red Mountain Library has more to see. From now until May 7, the library will exhibit a height of 16 feet and a pyramid of 136 gallons of kettle as part of the city's compliance to the water consciousness month. The display shows the amount of water that people consume at home every day.

"This impressive display shows that we all need to know more about how much water each person uses each day," says water conservation expert Donna DiFrancesco . "I hope that customers will be responsible for water to protect these precious resources.

Mesa's typical residential water usage is in the range of 80 to 180 gallons per person per day indoors or outdoors. Water is divided into the following categories.

This exhibition is part of the Water-Use ItW Kenshi initiative, which was launched in 1999 to promote continuous water-saving ethics among Arizona's fast-growing people. Under the guidance of Arizona, about 400 towns, cities, provinces, utilities, and private and public organizations have adopted Water-Use It Wwise, and it is one of the world's largest conservation education programs.

If you missed the Mesa show ... do not worry. The kettle pyramid tour will continue to Peoria from 8th May until the end of June.

Please track your water for the first few days before attempting to increase your drinking. This will let you know how much you drink every day. If you drink only 8 to 10 cups of water per day, you need to start adding it. Tracking every day will help you understand how to drink a little more during the day. If you find that you can not drink enough water at all, eat it! You should try to drink as much as possible, but this is suitable for days where your water intake target is slightly lower. Since fruits and vegetables contain much moisture, nutritional value is high. These include:

After all, there are many conflicting proposals on the Internet about how much water you should drink each day. Do you really need to drink half of the weight underwater? Or is it like 8 8 ounces of water (it may be more than your weight or it may be less). Does it really have to be all water? Or can you drink tea or juice? Can milk be regarded as part of this number?

Please drink adequate water everyday. The general rule of living in a mild climate suggests that men should drink 3 liters of water a day and women should drink 2 liters of water. However, if you are living in a hot environment, or if you are living a very active life (especially when exercising regularly) you need to increase your water intake to account for the moisture of your sweat. Instead of shallow breathing from the chest, I breathe deeply into and out of the diaphragm (under the chest). Make a deep breathing mode that inhales slowly 5 times, stop breathing for 5 seconds and exhale for 5 seconds.

Since water is an important part of everyday physical function, it is important to supplement moisture. Every day, your body loses 2 to 3 quarts of moisture for sweat, urination, excretion and breathing. If you exercise, live in a hot or dry climate, take high fiber diet, ingest caffeine or alcohol, your body loses more water. It is advisable to drink 8 to 10 glasses of liquid a day. If you have signs of a disease such as fever, vomiting, diarrhea, your body may lose extra moisture. In such cases, you will have to drink more moisture, and even oral supplements such as Gatorade and Powerade may be needed. Bladder infections and urinary calculi also require an increase in water intake. On the other hand, conditions such as heart failure and certain conditions associated with kidney, liver or adrenal glands impair moisture drainage and may require limited water intake.
