We are breathing everyday. Please start your morning in a word. It is not easy to manage stress; and how to start a new day to define your stress level. In order to relieve pressure, I got up early and presented my hand. Then I went for a walk or 15 minutes. Morning exercise will cheer you up. After a shower, I meditate yoga. Fruits, nuts, nutritious bread: I will take a healthy breakfast.

As a doctor, I have a busy schedule that is busy. I prepared my own day, made an effective list, and listed what I had to do; it increased my productivity. When I begin using brains to eat junk food, the quality of the day goes down. I am not so happy, intensive and productive. I spent a lot of time on the Internet, but the actual work was not completed. But if I start a healthy food day for my brain, I notice that my mood is better, more happy, more intensive, and more productive. Please start my day setting the SMART goal of the minimalist for that day. When I start the daily lock that "I must do this today" my brain keeps sending push notifications and encourages them to accomplish these goals (do that task). Otherwise it sends the shape of anxiety and panic to the soldiers, so I fulfilled those goals, I felt very satisfied (otherwise I felt incomplete ), I placed a pen and paper (yes, those of Papyrus) next to me.
