The authors propose different counseling principles not only as a counselor but also as a teacher to solve the problem of our genius learner. We can incorporate these principles into our curriculum so that other students can benefit from it. The principles of consultation discuss the "Genius Student Social Emotional Course" (2009), including: focusing on non-judgment, benefits, respecting and nurturing autonomy, active listening, open-ended questions , Avoidance of self-disclosure by teacher / promoter, respect for privacy and processing.
Impact on counseling IWM combines development and DM monitoring principles with health departments. Combining health monitoring models is logical in counseling and counselor education, where plans can deal with personal development problems through CIT 's health strategy and should be addressed (Roach & Young, 2007). In addition, IWM supports the idea that health is important. According to White and Franzoni (1990), CIT often shows higher psychological barriers than the general population. Cummins, Messi and Jones (2007) emphasize that counselors and CITs are often difficult to make recommendations on their own health in their lives. Therefore counseling is a theoretical and historically health-conscious field, but many counselors are uncomfortable and have failed to practice what they preached (Lawson, Venart, Hazler & Kottler, 2007; Myers & Sweeney, 2007 2005)
Oversight is an integral part of nurturing counselors and is designed to ensure safe and effective counseling for clients. Health is also an important element of counseling and is often referred to as the cornerstone of consulting professionals. The literature on supervision contains few models containing health focus and ingredients, but health is the basis of counseling and counselor training, the main content of development, advantage based counseling. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a comprehensive health model for consulting supervision, to combine existing monitoring models, to match the development needs of the training consultant with the theoretical principle of health.
