We are constantly learning something new in our life. If you want to further develop yourself or develop yourself, it is essential to continually increase our knowledge. Whichever field you participate in, you need to find ways and means to constantly expand your knowledge. As knowledge on a specific topic increases, understanding, learning, judgment, intelligence, and ability in that particular field improves. It can broaden our thinking and improve our expertise on topics. So, how do we get knowledge?

Influence of Knowledge on Behavior People's knowledge has a great influence on safety, effectiveness, comfort, and satisfaction of the development and implementation of individual or organizational goals. Knowledge provides order to our lives, allowing us to conceptualize goals, predict and sense events, respond to changing needs, goals, and desires. For example, our perception is dependent on both the data gained through sensation (eyes, ears, skin etc) and the knowledge we have, so we can explain them. Contrary to common phrases, observation is a belief, knowledge, beliefs, and needs build our perception by interpreting our sensory data. Individual actions and abilities depend on knowledge gained through learning, practice, and experience, as well as on systems such as sensory receptors and muscles, organs.

Knowledge is power, knowledge without understanding is worthless. The power I am referring to is not the power of others, but the power of self-consciousness. It makes it easier to acquire knowledge than 20 years ago, and if you run "Google Search" just by gathering information and analyzing it, you can become an "expert" for almost everyone. However, unless you have all the information and skills to form a coherent viewpoint, you may not be able to evaluate information and knowledge. There is a clear difference between the need for these skills and the existence of young people growing today. These skills are not only key to acquiring knowledge by classifying the huge amount of information we can use, but also a basic intangible asset promoting the change of labor force.

It is abstract. Person's view on the source of knowledge can greatly influence how that person is exposed to new information. Those who believe some knowledge is beyond doubt will neither criticize new information about that knowledge nor consider contradictory new information. On the other hand, people who believe in the liquidity of all or most of the knowledge may consider new information from an evaluation point of view, and it may be more likely to decide how it will change the knowledge already in memory Hmm. For those with diverse knowledge and uncertain knowledge of various topics, there is a big gap between these extremes.
