Today is my birthday (Big 2), it reminds me of various ways like people prefer to celebrate it (or do not like celebrating it)
I am not a sociable butterfly, so I am not a person who avoids it or mentions those I know, but I do not like to promote. Even if I say that they do not, they will not have gifts unless both parents and grandparents give me a gift. If that goes well, perhaps it may be simple, but I will not forget it. I do not drink, so going to a bar with my best friend is not what I want to do. Indeed, I just want to check the psychological checkbox quietly. That is another year of my life. And let's look back on what has changed since last year. I also have to call my parents at some point as my father wishes for a happy birthday (I was born on my 30th birthday)
I am going to leave here and go to the next work place with other people in my workplace and today it has changed a bit. It was fun but I am tired (we object, but I disagree) as we went all the way to the next town to own it. Now I just want to settle alone for the rest of the day alone.
9:30 pm: Sending a text message to a friend, saying that each bought a drink, at least the fifth person can be divided into different people. You are them, they will deceive you, but you want a good day, sorry for what you said, but if they are real friends they will never say
In Cameroon, you always "sponsor" your birthday, whether you are welcoming people to your home or inviting people to the restaurant. I decided to celebrate Cameroon's method this year, but I do not want anyone to spend money on my birthday. As most of my life is working very hard, I decided to take part in this self-care party, and I think I can relax in a day! It is very interesting to welcome everyone, but I have a bit of a headache about preparing food. Fortunately, my medical professor spent the day driving from Syracuse, NY, until the weekend. Everything is well blended and it is very tasty :)
It is easy to forget that our parents take care of us and spending a lot of time planning rituals and experiences for us, especially on special occasions such as birthdays. But it is easy to show your parents what you are very grateful for. For example, let's open a birthday party with less impact. We invited five families, become adults, eat at our favorite Chinese restaurant, go home and enjoyed homemade pizza and healthy snacks. When the kids finish eating, they decorate their home and prepare for the rest of the party.
