I want to know why tragedy happens and whether it is part of God's plan. My faith tells me that we desire to be healthy even though our soul thrives in John 3 (KJV, 1994). When watching events like 911, Hurricane Katrina, Tsunami, and Haiti earthquake, I sometimes wonder that these things should happen. Because there are artificial things, I know that God can not blame. Regardless of whether it is a divorce, cancer, accident, disability or not, everyone is suffering from certain aspects of our lives, we are all subjected to painful killings.
My belief in wrestling began in my childhood. For the black who live in the so-called Christian South it is not easy to believe only in the gods of good and justice. The first article I wrote at the university was "Why do people suffer?" In my graduate school, especially when my love of my wife, my life died, I kept thinking about my pain in my life It was. At the age of 36, breast cancer. This personal suffering challenges faith, but social suffering suffering from human hatred will challenge it further. The holiness of whiteness breaks down faith and pulls our heart away from God. The more I believe in God, the harder it is to keep faith. White hegemony is very common, so whatever I go, I am looking ahead of me - north and south. If God loves black people, why do we have so much pain? This is my childhood problem; this is my problem.
As I get older, I can not harmonize the religious beliefs of my family with the suffering I see in the world. People around me preach God's intervention and plan of God, but when life seems to be confusing, I do not see the logic of these ideas. Science introduces my concept of entropy to me. It reflects my view of the world, but it shows how we can understand the confusing and troublesome phenomenon of life. When I studied and influenced the doctor, I noticed that medicine promoted our progress and collective understanding. It found answers to unanswered mysteries and unleashed hidden mechanisms that allowed us to correct corruption and restore people's lives. Medicine is my nearest belief and an ideal way to achieve the goals of life.
