This is my 150 word activity statement for regular application. I hope that someone can criticize it to improve it.
When I began experiencing morning frost, I noticed that this was my favorite week. For most cross-country team practicing on Saturday morning, this practice is "option". The longest running time of this week (cleaning of the stand etc) is also early. But for me, after a week's study, let me wake up my mind and prepare for the next weekend. This is the time when I progress as a runner. Before joining off-road, I never imagined running, of course, early rising on Saturday. These Saturday morning exercises told me that I have to put my all emphasis on the success of this sport. I am running 5 miles a day now and my big progress has made me not only to run but to see the value of effort and devotion, not life.

In my opinion, running is one of the best sports ever. It teaches endurance, will, speed and strength. I followed the trail for 4 years while tracking for 2 years.
