Mom, if you want to participate in more gatherings, how can you help me get there? If I need more time to help breaks and childcare, how can I make a strategy? If you have the idea that you will make art of protest, how can you find time and energy? How can we help you if you need help in taking care of sick families or browsing your health insurance plan? How can we find someone we can help and hear? What can we do if we ask each other and think creatively about the answer. Courageously

We need your help. We have three ways to help us today: 1) Please sign up for our mailing list. We update your behavior, information and help request through the list. 2) Money. You can donate to our PAC and help us with the work we need to do. 3) If you want to fill out the volunteer form, fill in the form. You can volunteer to participate in various identities, and you can share resources with us. Do you have a big source of financing? We need you! Thinking about ways to disseminate information? We need you! Do you want to help research and writing? We need you! Is your communication on social media wonderful? We need you!

Have you thought that we can improve our skills to seek help and even even ask for help as an exercise? We can fine tune the types of specific aid we need and the words we use to call for help. Indeed, the more accurate the request for our help is, the greater the possibility that we can avoid the frustration of both sides (with neither hearing nor evaluation) with the help we need.
