How Bullying Affects Children

In the general classroom, nearly a fifth of the students are bullied in some way. Other students, also known as bystanders, are also affected by bullying

In the Olweus bullying prevention program, I will explain the role of the student who witnessed bullying or witnessed bullying.

Single students who are bullying observe the bullying students, observe students being bullied, and affect the overall atmosphere of the school and the community.

Students should be relieved at school. However, when bullied, these kinds of effects can last for a long time in their future.

Students who have seen bullying may feel that they are in a dangerous environment. The effect is as follows.

* However, not all students who are bullying other people have obvious behavioral problems or are not engaged in activities damaging the rules. Some of them are highly proficient in terms of social aspects and are good at exchanging with teachers and other adults. The same can be said for boys who are teasing boy, but it may be more common among bullying babes. For this reason it is difficult for adults to discover or even imagine that these students are engaged in bullying.

Every child is influenced in some way by bullying. Most children are not bullying other people, not victims - but they play a role. Children who are perceptually orally bullied, observed or caught are called "bystanders." Children often do not notice that they only solve the problem by observing them. Many bystanders who did nothing to help the victim later became concerned about their lack of empathy. Unfortunately, many onlookers are more likely to encourage bullying than help victims. When students are teasing, it is important to have the surrounding spectators and bystanders provide this demand. However, bystanders can greatly reduce bullying. A bully loses the initiative if the audience expresses disapproval. If a bystander intervenes for help (wild), in most cases bullying will stop within 10 seconds. When childhood bullying occurred, all protected children became audiences of bullying. Bystanders understand bullying by observing the behavior of bullying child and child victims. Usually bullying is intentionally displayed in front of others to attract attention and seek their support. Depending on the circumstances, all children may become bullying audiences. An infant who observed bullying may not do anything worrying about what he is supposed to do or whether he will become the next victim. In addition, based on their experience in violent media and family environments, some children may have become insensitive to bullying. They may passively accept bullying, or they may think that it is not their business

Bullying is a permanent matter that affects children and adults. In order to stop bullying, people need to understand the various ways of bullying and the reasons for bullying. Bullying makes you feel strongly that you do this, and it looks like "cool" to others. However, bullying can cause great pain to the victim and sometimes to death. This article covers four types of bullying: relationships, verbal, physical and cyber bullying. In addition, we briefly explain the influence of bullying by providing examples of actual bullying.
