From the earliest age, we are taught to obey the rules. Please look in both directions before crossing the road. Please do not talk to strangers. It is the color inside the line. I am waiting for your turn. Please say thank you. Raise your hand and talk. Please do not talk too much. This list is in progress
But once we get older, all these rules will not stop. In fact, in most cases, we are active within a range of established norms or unwritten rules. We talk in some way, dress in a way and always try to follow the instructions. Please do not shake the boat. We pay attention to what others are doing and try to keep their actions. In the workplace, at school, at home, most of us - whether you think that we are willing to accept - is a normal follower.
But who are making these rules? And does it really help us to obey all these social norms? I understand that the way to follow other people is not always the best way. From time to time, obeying the rules will make it impossible for us to realize our dreams and grab opportunities.
Yes, being rebel is a bit scary, but sometimes it is necessary if we want to achieve progress in our career and life.
So how do you say to ignore the traditional wisdom, turn out the sound behind the head and not to shake the ship? How do you find the courage to cast doubt on authority and build your own way? This is the subject of my discussion in this Do It Scared podcast. Hopefully, my tip will help you to have enough confidence to jump out of the box. This is where the best is happening as I promise you.

The first challenge of the month - Please try to help at least one woman improve her career. Please find someone who works in the dream she had in front of the interviewer. Let's introduce a person on your network to a woman who can help her succeed. Help other women work well in the workplace. We recommend women colleagues to promote. It helps to disseminate women's initiatives, women's owned businesses, women-managed projects, or women-sponsored campaigns. @ Rebecca Rachmany wrote to Medium that women did not make enough efforts to help other women. She insists that men are more generous in providing professional assistance, advice, referrals or social sharing. I do not necessarily agree with her words, but I think the phenomenon she refers to is related to the lack of confidence.
If you want to succeed with your career, you need to know what you want and how to pursue it. Without good communication skills, this is not possible. To be an excellent communicator helps you find your first job and ensure a positive future in your new career. It separates you from other applicants, helps you become a more effective employee, and becomes a foothold for leadership responsibility and career development. Excellent communication skills will help you get the first job of the interview and a new career. Whether it is verbal or written, you can express what you can and can do, and there is a long way to go to the application process. Do you have excellent problem-solving skills and passion for information technology? Please inform your future employer of what you achieved in this area and the unique skills you will bring to your company. And do not forget to tell you what you always want to learn more!
