How are we the same?

Despite the differences, we all have one thing in common. In other words, we are human beings. There are lots of things in common and features, such as enjoying the same music and enjoying similar foods. People can belong to the same faith or cultural group, or belong to the community they identify according to their life experience. We can create new connections with people with similar or different backgrounds and experiences. This is the complete meaning of "bridge diversity"

People use different terms to define racial or ethnic identities. It is important to spend time in learning and understanding the meaning of each term, with cultural sensitivity and consciousness. There are many resources on the web to help you understand the terms of fairness and diversity. There are links to online resources and tools that will help you to better understand the various experiences.

People associate skin color and physical characteristics with specific races. However, it is important to understand that we are all members of the human race. Ethnic categories were not based on science but rather in the 17th century to prove racial based slavery and discrimination. However, racial discrimination and racial inequality still exist and have a harmful effect on our society. Human rights law helps protect people from racial and ethnic discrimination

We are all the same but different, so we can learn to start to value diversity. We are not exactly the same, we are one. In the process of losing diversity, we lost the way to experience our personality, and eventually we lost a part of ourselves. We all are looking up at the same sky, are not we? We all see the same moon, the same star, the same constellation, the same clouds, but we all are thinking about it differently. On a beautiful blue day, some people doubt their lucky circumstances on such days. Some people may mourn the weather, and catching 80 degrees is a bit warm. When a tough reality starts, someone's stomach may change. And another day, in the drought, they pass their dry soil without rain. What did you see?
