Great leaders do not have a satisfying desire for continuing to challenge the present situation. Even the current situation is established by them. They are constantly seeking questions such as "Does this tool have meaning to us now", "We should review how to handle product design?" What the leader does is to prevent the team from appearing in monkeys' case in a modern parable of monkey's ladder experiment (see the figure below).
