Hotel Employees’ Attitude and Participation in Environmental Management: A Case Study of Novotel Bangkok Hotel in Siam Square, Thailand.

The case study is about the 5-star Regency Grand Hotel in Bangkok. It was founded by a local investor group 15 years ago and managed by General Manager of Thailand. The Regent Hotel is the most famous hotel in Bangkok with 700 satisfied staff. Recently, Regent was acquired by a major hotel chain in the United States. For this reason, the old general manager retired early and an American with 10 years of management experience was appointed a new general manager.
