Homer: Blind or Captive

He is best known for his work in Iliad and Odyssey. Iliad is about Trojan war and Trojan fight. At the beginning of this book, Achilles fought against the king named Agamem, but for women's slaves the soldiers gave her a prize. The chief took the slave girl and Achilles left the war. When Achilles' close friend Patroclus was killed, Achilles began fighting again. Achilles killed the people who killed Patroclus. Before Achilles stepped in from the arrow, Iliad arrived there and died before the Trojan was sent to Troy.

The two classics of Western literature are "Iliad" and "Odyssey", both belonging to the Homer blind poet. Some scholars believe that he lived between 850 and 750 BC, but little knowledge about Homer. Because blind prophets and poets are ordinary people of ancient Greek literature, others think he is just a legend. These poems began as part of an oral tradition, and these stories were summarized for centuries before being written. "Iliad" is a story of a legendary trojan horse war that was said to have occurred in the beginning of the 12th century BC. The center of the story is the character of Greek leader Achilles, and he eventually beat Trojan leader Hector. This is an ancient story about the victory and tragedy of war on mankind and sacred scale.

Homer is a blind Greek poet who wrote Iliad and Odyssey. In Iliad, Homer wrote about half of the Trojan horse war and explained how the origin of the war, Helen escaped from her husband, King Sparta, and Prince Troy. Homer also writes articles on Greek heroes such as Achilles and Ajax. Achilles and Ajax also write some heroes of Trojans such as Hector. Then Homer mentioned the Trojan horse and thought it was an embarrassing Greek military strategy that eventually destroyed the Trojan horse. Agamemnon burned the streets. Homer also wrote the Odyssey, about the journey of King Odysseus to Greece after the Trojan War.

Homer Odyssey was founded shortly after the Trojan War of 10 years. The adventure of Odysseus started when I returned to Ithaca and was blind to the son of Cyclops Poseidon. That is why Poseidon wants Odysseus to suffer (Homer, 1998, p. 5). Before returning to Ithaca, Odysseus faced various people and creatures to stop home. In most cases, they were influenced by Poseidon seeking justice for their son. Athena protects Odysseus and is intervening in these incidents.
