The homeless prenatal program (HPP) is the award winning San Francisco Family Resource Center. HPP has provided the ability to end poverty of children of poor families and homeless families over 25 years. We are based on the management of cases that are supportive and non-judgmental. And, to families, especially pregnant and fertile mothers, to recognize their strengths and to trust their ability to change their lives. As an organization that hires the first client in San Francisco as a project manager and case manager, organization development and development has been led by our clients.
