Family health has become an increasingly accepted and prevalent form of healthcare for patients with acute, chronic and progressive disease. Family health needs continue to grow for various reasons. Family health is a cost-effective way to provide the patient with the necessary care (Phipps, Monahan, Sands, Marek, and Neighbors, 2003, p. 154). Patients can receive necessary care without increasing hospitalization expenses or prolonging hospital stay. This will reduce hospital, insurance company, public support, and patient costs.

The policy of the journal subscribing to this statement is to consider publishing only unpublished original works. As the number of reports and articles created by the growth of electronic publishing and organizations and institutions continues to increase, questions about the composition of previous publications are becoming more frequent. This statement provides guidance on this issue. There are good reasons to disseminate research before posting it in the journal. Researchers actively communicate preliminary findings and distribution of draft reports for discussion and criticism, which will contribute to the quality of the work that was eventually announced. In addition, organizations that support or implement our research have understandable interest in spreading their research. From a journal's point of view, the reasons for these spreads must be balanced with two considerations. The first is the value of the peer review process
