Home Economics in Canadian Schools, 1919-1944

In my research, I studied family economics between 1919 and 1944. By looking at the main source of information, most of them are newspaper articles, I can now catch a glimpse of the family economics at school. It is considered unnecessary, but family economics is accepted as an essential element of girls' education for most people, not only to support the family but also to manage all aspects of daily life. .
